An initial Appointment fee is charged at the time of booking

Full Pre-Payment for all vaccinations and preventative medications is required at your initial appointment

Once your booking is made online you will receive an email confirmation with a link to an essential, required online medical form which MUST be completed and submitted before your appointment

At your appointment the submitted online form/s will be reviewed by our medical professional prior to vaccination
