Service Description
An appointment for up to 5 people with our registered nurse provides advice and information on vaccine/s required for your destination. We offer a range of vaccines including: Cholera, DTP, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Combined Hep A&B, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningitis ACWY, Rabies, Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Dengue Fever Qdenga, Tickborne Encephalitis & MMR The nurse will discuss your medical history and review your completed Travel Risk Assessment Forms and confirm which vaccine/s are required. If a course of vaccines is needed you will be able to book these with the nurse at this initial appointment. A confirmation of total costs for all vaccines will be given and pre-payment taken before vaccines are administered.

You agree to pay an initial consultation fee in advance or at the time of booking. 7. You consent to us securely storing your credit/debit card details on file after the consultation to cover the cost of any treatments or services you choose to proceed with in clinic. 8. Payment can be made via credit/debit cards or Paypal, we are unable to accept payments via AMEX (American Express)
