Service Description
An appointment with our practice nurse provides advice and information on our range of Wellbeing infused IVs, discussion of your medical history and a review of your completed medical questionnaire. IVs can be administered at this appointment, further bookings can be made also, if a course of IVs is required. Pre-payment for IV/s are required before treatment.

You agree to our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. 5. You understand that all treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability. 6. You agree to pay an initial consultation fee in advance or at the time of booking. 7. You consent to us securely storing your credit/debit card details on file after the consultation to cover the cost of any treatments or services you choose to proceed with in clinic. 8. Payment can be made via credit/debit cards or Paypal, we are unable to accept payments via AMEX (American Express)
