Service Description
Also known as pertussis, a highly contagious respiratory disease causing severe coughing fits. There is no standalone pertussis vaccine. Protection is given through DTP-containing (Tdap-IPV). An appointment with our registered nurse provides advice, information and vaccine administration for the Whooping Cough Vaccination. The nurse will discuss your medical history and review your completed Medical Questionnaire. PLEASE NOTE: An intramuscular injection is required as part of DTP Vaccine; single booster dose The vaccination will be administered at this initial appointment.
