Service Description
This is a combination vaccine boosting immunity against diphtheria, tetanus, and polio. An appointment with our registered nurse provides advice, information and vaccine administration for DTP. The nurse will discuss your medical history and review your completed Medical Questionnaire. PLEASE NOTE: This vaccination requires an intramuscular injection; single dose. The vaccination will be administered at this initial appointment.
