Service Description
Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause anaemia and neurological issues such as numbness and memory problems. Hydroxocobalamin injection to treat or prevent vitamin B12 deficiency. An appointment with our registered nurse provides advice, information and vaccine administration for B12. The nurse will discuss your medical history and review your completed Medical Questionnaire. PLEASE NOTE: B12 is an Intramuscular injection requiring ongoing injections as part of maintenance - the price is £35 per injection The first dose will be administered at the initial appointment and the nurse will schedule appointments for further maintenance injections. Payment for further injections are required at each individual appointment.
